Critical Factor Needs Analysis (CFNA™)

What is CFNA?

CFNA is a simple program that provides a means for corporate decisionmakers at the highest level to evaluate and reduce their cost structure.


Similar to the concept of Zero-Based Budgeting, this evaluative approach is designed to objectively analyze an organization in terms of:

  • Price and revenue sensitivity
  • Variable costs and profit contribution margins
  • Fixed costs - both productive and unproductive.

The end result is greater profitability and productivity.


The CFNA approach is built on basic cost-accounting principles, but is tightly structured in a very practical format for even the smallest organizations.
