How can our services be free?

We focus more on the productivity than we do on fees. We work very hard to ensure that you work with top consulting service firms that are truly professional and certified experts. Our low fees are paid solely by them.

How do you review service firm performance?

When a service firm first signs up with us, we check their certifications, experience and at least three of their references before accepting them into our program. During and after a consulting job, we speak with both the service firm and the contracting business. In addition, we also ask the contracting business to fill out a brief rating form.

Why do we need to work with the consulting experts on your site?

Frankly, you don't have to. You can work with any service firm you want to. You're under no obligation to work with any of the consulting firms we offer. One major advantage of working with a consulting service we provide includes knowing they have the expertise to meet your specific needs and not just some general need, and the assurance that they are a top firm. If they are not outstanding and very professional, we don't want them. We also obtain feedback on every service firm we provide. This means there is a record of how good they are.

What if we're unhappy with the firm we select?

It depends on your contract with them. If you are not locked into them, you can fire them and hire another firm to complete the work. If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with the work, professionalism or any other aspect of the service firm you select, we want to know immediately - all the details. We only provide top firms and if there's a problem in any way with them, we don't want them. Furthermore, we will also work with you to fix the situation.

What else does The Productivity Institute do?

We have been around since 1999. We deal with all aspects of productivity. In this era of bottom line thinking and increased competition, we work closely with many firms to make them more productive and profitable.

Can you arrange for a consulting expert to meet with us, discuss our needs and if necessary, provide training?

Sure. Please call us and tell us the area that you want to address. If you want, we can provide a full needs analysis to help pinpoint exactly the areas and the experts you will need.

How secure is my information?

We believe that your information is confidential. As stated in our privacy policy, your information will be remain only with us. It will never be sold, traded, transferred, or provided to anyone else. We believe so strongly in your privacy that all company data entered is protected through secure encryption and/or SSL layer technology.

Is this a long term commitment?

No. Signing up and deciding whether or not to use our resources and expert service providers is totally up to you. You can use them as much and for as long as you want to. Our intent is to provide you with these excellent options. You are under no obligation to use them and should you wish, you can cancel your account with us at any time by just notifying us via email.

I don't see a category that meets my need?  Do you have any experts in this area?

Maybe. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs. The discussion might uncover specific needs or different priorities than you originally realized. They might also depict the need for a specific expert firm - one that we would attempt to supply (with no obligation) through our network of expert firms and companies. We would also tell you if we did not have any expert firms to recommend with your specific requirements.
