Payment Terms of Agreement

One time setup charge: $26.
This charge will be applied once you are approved as a Solution Provider.

Monthly service fee: $25 per office per month.
Your credit card will automatically be billed on either the 1st or 16th day of the month. You will receive an automatic notification of payment via email. You will not be billed for any time between your initial signup date and the next bill period.

The setup charge is non-refundable. One monthly service fee is refundable within 30 days of the first initial charge. Except in extraordinary situations, the 6.5% referral fee for a successful proposal will be by check.

Once registered, you can access the Update Profile page to change credit cards, update your credit card information or cancel your credit card information. To stop future monthly service charges and the receiving of pre-qualified leads, cancelling credit card information must be made one week prior to the next recurring monthly billing cycle.
